Rootaba Kashif possesses over a decade of specialized experience in psychotherapy and counseling along with over two decades of teaching psychology and behavioural sciences to medical and A Level students at various institutes. Her multifaceted career path has equipped her with a wealth of knowledge, skills, and insights, enriching her therapeutic practice and enabling her to make a profound difference in the lives of her clients.
CSR Initiative
“Move for Mental Health” is an initiative by Rootaba Kashif to raise mental health awareness. The event organized on World Mental Health Day brought together a large number of people for a walk and cycling activity. The event was a collaboration with DHA and Bank of Punjab which was inaugurated by the Health Minister which highlighted the importance of physical activity in mental well-being. The initiative received widespread media coverage, amplifying its impact and reach.
