By seamlessly integrating diverse therapeutic approaches, I customize my methods to meet each individual’s distinct needs, guiding them towards overcoming obstacles and fostering a fulfilling and balanced life.

Therapeutic Approaches

Rootaba Kashif is renowned for her adept application of diverse therapeutic approaches tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. With expertise in multiple modalities, Rootaba provides a comprehensive and personalized therapeutic experience. Her key therapeutic approaches include:

Therapy:Drawing from the principles of psychoanalytic theory, Rootaba explores unconscious processes and early life experiences to uncover patterns and underlying issues contributing to her clients’ struggles. Through insight-oriented interventions, she facilitates deeper self-awareness and resolution of unresolved conflicts.

Rootaba utilizes transactional analysis to understand and improve communication and relationship patterns. By analyzing social interactions and identifying ego states, she helps clients develop healthier relational dynamics and enhance their interpersonal effectiveness.

Rootaba incorporates Internal Family Systems therapy, a non-pathologizing approach that views individuals as possessing multiple internal parts or subpersonalities. By facilitating dialogue and harmony among these parts, she guides clients towards self-discovery, healing, and self-leadership.

Rootaba uses Gestalt therapy principles to promote self-awareness, authenticity, and personal responsibility. Through experiential techniques such as role-playing, empty chair work, and focusing exercises, she helps clients gain insight into their here-and-now experiences and facilitate emotional integration.
Rootaba integrates cognitive therapy techniques to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to emotional distress. Through cognitive restructuring and skill-building exercises, she empowers clients to cultivate more adaptive ways of thinking and coping.
